Got this for my husband to carry to work for his coffee break. Have tried other brands, but he had to keep a mug for reheating because it would be coldwhen he got ready to drink it. This really does the trick. I fill it at about 4:30-5 am and he says it`s still HOT (not warm) at 9-10 am. Also, one day he was running an errand and I`d just poured him a cup of coffee and (without even tempering beforehand) it was still hot hours later! I tasted it myself. This was on a 10 degree morning in a cold diesel truck, too. Well worth the money.
Finally, I found the best travel mug! It retains the temperature for hours and does not leak. The aeration allows for easy drinking without the whistling noise some make.
I supposed there would be a case for protection, but nothing instead of a plastic bag. And the bottle is not like the AD picture in frosting blue, but very light in dark purple. No comment on quality inside.
