I purchased another detergent in bulk several months ago because I thought it would be less expensive and then I discovered that I couldn't wait to use it up. Not only was that product horrible at cleaning dishes but I also had to add dawn to the powder to get the streaks out. Utter torture!

I will never, never change dish washing detergents again. Cascade does everything I need for clean shiny dishes.

I buy this for my home and our office kitchen. This works great. This is cheaper than the other Cascade powder that has a fresh scent, I don't care about any fresh scent. This is almost half off the price of the other one because of the scent, plus it's more detergent. What can go wrong with that? I use this and the 2in1 for tougher stains. I also do add the glass cleaner in my home dishwasher.

For the best clean, fill both the pre-wash and the main wash cups completely. Always load taller items away from the center spray arm to ensure the smaller items aren't shielded from the cleansing. For best results in hard water areas, overfill the pre-wash cup.
