Add two tablespoons of this product mixed in a 16 oz. glass of cold water & sweetener. Drink it every day and you will reduce or eliminate gout attacks. I was getting big-toe gout attacks every 5-6 weeks... WOW! what pain!! Since taking a glass of this mix daily, I have not had a gout attack since(going on 3 months). If you have ever had a gout attack, you know what pain IS. THIS REALLY WORKS!!!

This is concentrated so you can add as much water and sugar to your taste as you would like. The first time I drank it I feel asleep like a baby. It is much cheaper to buy it concentrated rather than buying it already blended at the store and paying more money.
