Using this product only because our dental hygienist recommended it for us. The bottle states: "use twice a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste". The directions on this website say once per day. Thus, you go through the bottle twice as fast as anticipated.
Not impressed with the ingredients such as sorbitol, saccharin and disodium EDTA.
Does not leave you with the fresh, tingly mouthwash feeling from days of old. This may be a plus or minus to you.
This mouthwash was recommended by my dentist...because it contains very little alcohol and helps in overall care of gums and plaque prevention....I just love it!!!!
