Bra is very comfortable, but it does not give any lift and it seems the straps are a little too long, so things hang low. I cut my straps and made them a little shorter, then sewed them back together, now it holds things up better. I only wear them around the house, I don't think it makes my chest look uplifted or shapely, it kind of flattens things out.

Turn the bra inside out
With the inner part of lift cup facing you, fold it in half
Insert the cup into the slit on the side of the cup section of the bra
Once inserted, flatten the cup so that it fits comfortably in the bra

With two fingers, remove the cup through the slit on the side of the cup section of the bra
