I like Genie bras. Even though my regular bras are size 30DD, I wear the Medium in the Genie bras because they are so snug. If I want to leave my house, I "must" wear the cup liners, but the liners are like padding, and they squash rather than support. Without the liners (for when no one will see me) this bra is great for around-the-house work, errands in the car, and hormonal "size changes". This is not a bra for running, jogging, or even walking fast, but it is "slimming" and it definitely gets rid of side and back bulge that is actually caused by regular bras. For me the Genie has the best shaping of all the "comfort" bras I've tried.

I was skeptical to get this bra after reading mixed reviews but I needed something that's comfortable with no under-wire. Due to my odd size (32 ddd), I'm very limited to what brands I can get. According to their size chart, my size would be large but since I have a petite waistline, I went with medium. It fits great, it looks great and is much cheaper than the expensive bras I've been getting from Victorias Secret. It's a bit bulky so you can't really wear it under camisoles or wide neck tops/dresses but overall I really like it. I guess it may not work with every body type or bra size but I am very happy with my purchase.
Cleaning instructions: This product is machine washable and dryer safe. To prolong the life of your bra, we recommend washing in cold water or on the delicate cycle.
How to insert pads:
Turn the bra inside out
With the inner part of lift cup facing you, fold it in half
Insert the cup into the slit on the side of the cup section of the bra
Once inserted, flatten the cup so that it fits comfortably in the bra
How to remove pads :
Turn the bra inside out
With two fingers, remove the cup through the slit on the side of the cup section of the bra
