i haven't been using it for very long (almost 3 weeks) and maybe that's why i haven't really see any results yet~but it's not like those caffeine pills ~when i first took it....i don't know if it's the effect of the pill but...the color of my[*]was in like really dark color~maybe it's cleaning up my intestines????well give it a try~ cause no harm
