I love these...I have hypoglycemia and I take these in the morning with my coffee. I have about 10 and the natural protein and b vitamins help my sugar levels in check. They are small and easy to swallow. Have been taking these for years. Great natural source of fiber and b vitamins.

GNC used to make the same brewers yeast in a convenient powder and have stopped. Bring it back! It is so much easier than swallowing pills
