About five years ago I began taking supplements that would help my diet nutritionally reach the standards for all the Omega's. I remembered that my mother would give us cod liver oil by the big spoonfulls when I was a child. Oh my the taste...yuk! But now it is in easy to swallow capsules...yessiree bob! Both my physcian and my optomitrist love that fact that I am getting all these oils into my "old lady" system. I have dry eye and this, along with three other oils, is helpful.

I have a problem with constipation becausei take several medications and lots of calcium. But once i started taking Cod liver supplements, i have not had a problem since. There is no fishy taste or after taste. And the price is reasonable. I would highly recommend that everyone take this. Just like the old days - Mom knew best!
