If you need fiber this is the way to go. Add to anything pretty much, not much taste, but very good for you!! Makes me regular!! =)

Whether you buy this brand or another, just buy it and start adding it to your daily diet. It taste good and it's great for your body! I put a tablespoon on my cereal in the morning and I also add it to my baked goods such as waffles, muffins, and cakes. You can even sprinkle it on a salad or in yogurt. It's just all-around good and good for you!

At first when I put the flax seed in my food I thought I had eaten a pile of dirt or course sand. Then I tried eating it right out of a teaspoon and it actually had a ground-nut taste. It is better eating it alone than putting it in your food. I enjoy the nutty taste and it goes down easy if you chew it well. I suggest drinking a glass of water afterwards because it has the consistency of peanut butter when chewed (sticks to teeth, gums and the roof of your mouth). It has improved the digestion process/elimination for me. My hair is shinier and I have noticed a change in my skin (more supple). I was a little concerned when I read that cold milled wasn't the way to go, however, I am very satisfied with this product and will buy it often.
