These flax seeds are ready to use. Just sprinkle on your cereal, add to muffins, etc. They provide some of he Omega 3's that we need and keep fresh in the freezer until used. I continue to order these.

This is the best tasting flax I've ever tried! It comes ground up in a compressed package that must truly lock in the flavor. Where I used to dread the "flax is good for you" sprinkle on my oatmeal, I now shovel it down with a spoon all by itself. Now I add it to everything, especially my daily protein shakes. I'm telling you -- this flax blows the lid off all others. The only drawback, if you can call it that, is I have to order a heck of a lot more!!!

I tried cold milled flax seeds after reading an article of the subject matter. And found this to be one of the most benificial products i have ever purchased! I eat two tablespoons every morning with a cup of coffee. this will make you regular and the abdomen bloating and pain will dissipate quite rapidly! Try It You Will Like It!!!

Love this stuff. I was dreading having to ingest it, but discovered that it's not at all bad. My personal preference is to mix a couple table spoons to my cup of yogurt each day. Now that I know what to expect, I actually enjoy the texture and slightly nutty taste it adds.

This is a first-time purchase for me. I had been taking flaxseed oil capsules, but wanted to try this instead. I've been adding a few tablespoons to my granola cereal, and it doesn't change the cereal flavor at all. The bag is large and will last a pretty long time. Best kept in the refrigerator.
