These pills are too large for me to take but I will finish the bottle. I use them to help with my hair and nail health. I have healthy nails and hair anyway, but you can always use extra help. I won't purchase these again though because the pills are so large, which I was not expecting, and it is hard for me to take large pills. I have a small mouth and a sensitive gag reflex.

I discovered the benefits MSM while treating older horses for joint pain and inflammation. As I got into my 40's my hip joints would hurt whenever I would sit for very long, then my back started doing it and It would take me a while to straighten my body out when I stood up. Use only GNC brand, take it continuously, and don't stop taking it! I am now 50 and feeling great!

I take several prescription medications, including NSAIDS and anti-depressants due to fibromyalgia. I've never had any kind of issue with taking this supplement. It's very effective when taken daily, and along with glucosamine/chondroitin. I prefer to stick to GNC's brand because of the efficacy.

The description on this item doesn't state that its imitation vanilla flavor. The imitation vanilla is listed at the end of the ingredient list, but that's very easy to miss. If you don't like imitation vanilla, don't buy this product. I think it tastes gross and I can't get them down without gagging. I hate imitation vanilla!

I know this stuff is supposed to do alot of other things, but boy does my hair grow now and it helped make it healthier. I am close to finishing my 120 tablet bottle, so I'm here to buy another.
