Seems to work quite well, after a week my skin seems less dry. Occasionally, I'll burp (if not having taken the capsule before a meal) and notice a fishy smell. It's no worse than after eating Salmon.

I bought these because I heard they were great for improving skin. After taking them for about 3 weeks, I did notice my skin was more supple and yes, my nails also grew like crazy. The directions say to take 2-3 with EACH meal, which means 6-9 per day. That sounds like a lot to me, so I've been taking 2-3/day instead. Still, the effects are great. Be sure to take these with food, or at least a full glass of water or you may end up burping a fishy taste, especially if you have a sensitive stomach.

I love these pills; they do wonders for your skin. After taking them for about a week you will notice your skin becoming softer, your hair softer and more manageable, and your nails (that was the biggest change, my nails grew like I dont know what). They grew very fast and very strong. I would recommend this to ANY women who have been concerned about their skin. And do not let the word oil freak you out. These are good oils that are absorbed by your body as nutrients; they will benefit you so much! I have noticed such a change. Although they both do the exact same job this is a more refined version of the fish body oil, Omega 3 is the best supplement I have come across; it is a major deficiency in countries such as USA and Australia where mental illness and heart attack/stroke are relatively high. I take 5-6 capsules a day and it not only has helped me with anxiety and depression, it has also been a major factor in helping me to quit smoking which I'm now confident of doing after smoking for 9 years. I recommend this product to everyone.
