I am training for a marathon and started to lose too much weight. (As I do not eat enough protien) Adding a drink of this product after my runs, I believe, has helped me stay at a healthy weight by gaining the muscle and strength I need for my upcoming event. I make a shake after the gym and it is always satisfying. I mix powder with a banana and milk in the blender and VOILA! I also make a shake when I am craving a milkshake!!

Love this product! Try my recipe: Blend 1 cup natural cranberry juice with 1 scoop of chocolate flavored powder. Add to blender 1T flaxseed oil, 1/2 to 1 banana, 5-6 whole frozen strawberries, and lots of ice cubes to fill blender. This makes a thick and frosty delicious shake that will carry you through the morning and into the afternoon. FANTASTIC and HEALTHY!

This stuff is great, if you mix it well enough. If you don't mix it well enough it tastes horrible. It must be totally mixed! Do yourself a favor and buy one of the baby formula mixers they sell on the site, they work wonders and they are cheap.
