If you have trouble swallowing pills, this product won't be for you. The tablet is very large, long, and not slick. I have to break them in half, which probably ruins the time-release part. I like the strength of this vitamin, but it is too hard to take.

After blood tests, my doctor told me that I needed to take more vitamin B, specifically 1000mg. I ordered the 50 mg first, then these 100mg, but realized that there was a 150mg of vitamin b instead. I feel so much better after I take the vitamin b, but hate having to take 8 of the 150mg pills and I do forget some days. :(
