I started the Liquid B Complex 11/11/08 for the first time. I can honestly say that it gave me a lot of energy. I've tried a lot of different vitamins from GMC that don't work, much to my surprise I found something I really like that works.

Much to my surprise, the taste was fine!! Fill up the dropper and squeeze the dropper's contents in your mouth. Easy and great absorption. I have much more energy and feel much better since I started taking it.
