This is the first Vitamin B-complex I have taken, but I like it. It gives me a boost in energy. I have also noticed that it has sped up my metabolism. I try to stick to a diet close to my maintenance calories as to not gain or lose weight. Since I started taking this I have noticed that I have been losing about a pound a week. I would normally be upset about the weight loss but guess a little cutting wouldn't hurt.
