My spring and fall allergies seem to turn into a cold if I am not careful. Taking a 500mg tablet of vitamin C every day or two seems to keep help me stay more healthy during busy times.

I mix about a tablespoon of this liquid vitamin into a 32 oz. mixture of Gatorade, orange juice, a squirt of lemon juice. Drinking this mixture a couple of times a week helps keep me hydrated and seems to reduce the changes of catching a cold. Multi-vitamin tables seem to make me listless. Multi-vitamin in liquid form does not. I cannot explain why.

I prefer getting my supplemental vitamin C in the form of sweet-tart like, 500mg, chewable tablets from GNC. One of my daughters doesn't care for the sweet-tart taste, so I get this one for her. (This is the primary source of supplemental vitamin B for the entire family.)

This is the first Vitamin C that actually tastes great ! I totally prefer this one to any other.

I've been sick a lot in the past couple of months, so I decided to try these out to boost my immune system. The taste is great. They taste like sweet tarts. Too early to see if it works to keep colds away.

I'm coming back for more. These were a hit at our house. My 6-year-old loved them. They are a touch sour but not unpleasantly so. My little girl liked them so much that she reminded us every day that we needed our vitamins.

These vitamins are perfect for the person who loves sweet tarts. My friend actually bought these vitamins and I had bought 2 other (different name brands) chewables that were both WAY too sweet for me- she loved the sweet and I was lucky enough to keep these - these are the vitamins I was looking high and low for - they're more than TERRIFIC!! They are tart, but lightly sweet - a little smaller than a quarter. These are the vitamin Cs you will look forward to having each day! I actually now have them mid-afternoon when I find myself hungry and don't want all the additional calories of a snack - perfect spot hitter and yet, I get my Vitamin C at the same time. More than perfect - Thanks GNC -keep these around a LONG time!

These are delicious! Not chalky. Taste reminiscent of sweet tarts, but not so tart.

I've tried several chewable Vitamin C brands, but this is my favorite by far. The vitamins are thin wafers (about the size of a thick quarter) and are pleasantly tart.
