Warnings

I seriously love this thing. When my nose is blocked, and it is interfering with me falling asleep, this product clears it right away. It has really helped improve the amount of sleep I get at night.

Nasal congestion has been a problem for me all my life. In my childhood, there were not very many options for relief, and the Benzedrex Inhaler was better than nasal sprays which afflicted the user with rebound congestion after use. I saw the inhaler for sale for the first time in years, so I bought one for old time's sake. Imagine my surprise when it gave me some relief from my sinus headache. I did not remember that happening. A check of the ingredients shows lavender oil which gives pain relief for headaches. This inhaler is no longer my primary medicine for sinus congestion, but it is a useful adjunct for occasional stuffiness.

I've been using these inhalers for colds and allergies since I was 3 and they are the only ones that really work. No side effects, no becoming addicted to the product, no problems. I can't take antihistamines, so the inhaler is all I have for colds and it keeps me breathing at nights. Great for stopping a sneezing attack and most allergic reactions if you catch them in the beginning.

I tend to alternate between this brand of inhalor and a competing menthol brand just to experience a variety. This inhalor tends to work faster and last a bit longer than other types, so I always wind up coming back to this one.
