Children should only use under adult supervision.

Open mouth, and extend tongue.  Place Tongue Squigi on the back of tongue and stroke forward, gliding along the surface of your tongue.  Repeat 6-8 times.  Rinse Tongue Squigi thoroughly and store next to your toothbrush.  Use as directed every morning and night after you brush your teeth.  For best results, replace your Tongue Squigi every three months.
