I started taking this two weeks ago for GERD and i was surprised at how well it started working! Its been a trial & error determining the right amount for different meals tho..Determined that i need to take more when i eat a bigger/heavier meal...If i took too much i could feel it when i went to bed & at that time i had to take 'rolaids' to settle my reflux, the next day i was sure to take less.
