Afrin Nasal Spray is very good -- if very strong. Be sure to follow the directions and wait at least 12 hours before re-administering. The best feature, in my humble opinion, is the new dispenser top. It, however, takes awhile to grow accustomed to using. The two-finger press and release top dispenses a metered dose so it's less likely to make mistakes. A half-ounce container seems to last longer because of it.

I was a long time user of Nostrilla brand spray and when that went off the market I decided to try Afrin. Afrin actually works better then Nostrilla and costs less too. A win-win for the consumer.

I started using this product when Nostrilla went off the market a couple of months ago. I find it to be a superior substitute and will not return to Nostrilla even if it does come back on the market. Though the results from it do tend to decrease with repeated use, this is a problem common to all nasal spray decongestants. I'm very happy with Afrin and will recommend it to others.

The only downside is that you're supposed to only use it for 3 days. Prostate problems are listed as a side effect. Sadly I'm addicted, as its the only thing that pretty much banishes congestion when I take it often enough (2-3 Xs/day)

This is some great stuff, it works, it's easy to use and anything that helps me breathe better is great in my book! Seriously, it does what it promises to do and works right at the source of the problem.

I am happy with this spray. I tried the 4way Saline and didn't like it because the tip was small and it would drip all over me. I like this because of the tip, it gets to where it needs to be and works well. I used to use Nasonex, but it's by prescription and thought I would try something over the counter. This product is worth it and works well. I will continue to use it.

This pump spray is very hard to use, so hard to handle. Now the Afrin Nasal Spray (no pump)is so much easier to spray. Just squeeze the bottle, and it sprays out so well. And when the bottle is near empty, just turn it upside down and get the last drop out. No waste!

This pump mist version of Afrin is an improvement on an already A+++ product. Nothing works like Afrin. I've tried all the generics, but Afrin has some magic stuff in it. Both my husband and I have been using Afrin during the past 23+ years of allergy and cold seasons. This no-drip pump is easy to use and reduces the problem of over spraying since the mist meters the dose properly. I highly recommend this product--it works fast and long!
adults and children 6 to under 12 years of age (with adult supervision):2 or 3 sprays in each nostril not more often than every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in any 24-hours period.
children under 6 years of age:ask a doctor.
Shake well before use. Before using the first time, remove the protective cap from the tip and prime metered pump by depressing pump firmly several times. To spray, hold bottle with thumb at base and nozzle between first and second fingers. Without tilting head, insert nozzle into nostril. Fully depress rim with a firm, even stroke and sniff deeply. Wipe nozzle clean after use.
Retain carton for future reference on full labeling. Store between 15° and 25°C (59° and 77°F).
