I tried this recently but found it dried out my hands and made it itchy.

I use this product before every meal. It not only kills germs but also leaves my hands soft and fresh scent.

Great stuff. I've seen no downsides to it - it's great. And as an extra benefit, the green colors shows if you've got a bit of dried material in the dispenser so can keep it clean and you don't accidentally shoot it across the room!

It gives you that extra bit of confidence that you've done all you can to avoid getting sick.

I usually love this product, but this time when I used it, my hands became inflamed, painful and itchy. Hopefully this is a one-time event.

Purell Instant Hand Sanitizer is a wonderful product. Years ago I noticed its use while in the hospital. I've seen (& used) various other cheaper hand sanitizers but 1) they do NOT guarantee that they kill germs and 2) they often are too harsh on your skin or have an unpleasant smell. Purell most importantly DOES kill 99% of germs; has a very pleasant smell, and has a sanitizer that has aloe & E included, so that it will not be harmful to your skin. It is, in my opinion, vastly superior to its competitors. I use it in my car, used it at work, and have it all over the house. I see it more and more often in doctors offices and clinics, where it is used by both employees and customers. A wonderful product !

Great for killing the germs that float around the office.

I have used both the original Purell and this Aloe formula and found the original to be too harsh/ drying to my hands, but, the Aloe formula is NOT. The Purell with Aloe is definetly a better choice.

I use this item often in my day care home, and I love that not only does it kill the germs, it leaves my hands very soft and smooth which is very important for someone who washes/sanitizes their hands so many times daily. I've tried many products, and I think this tops my list!

This is such a great product--we have 4 containers around the house and I always carry one in my golf bag!! I prefer the aloe one since it seems to add the relief when you get too much sun or a little burnt.
