Very interesting product. Instead of keeping your nostrils open like other products, this one tries to keep your mouth closed to prevent snoring. Best used with a shaven face rather than a few days of beard growth. Big-time snorers could possibly benefit from its use.

This product is designed to help people stop snoring, and I think it's fairly effective at that. However, it's uncomfortable to wear at the beginning. You cannot open your mouth or yawn when you have the strip on. Several nights I tore it off in the middle of the night. It may take longer to get used to the strip. It did reduce snoring when I wore it, but I just couldn't stand to wear it very long.

I found the product to actually work. I've tried nasal strips and they weren't much help. My wife says I don't snore anymore. I find the added benefit of not waking up with a dry mouth, and my sinuses seem to feel much better. The strips are comfortable to wear because they're very sheer. I'd recommend this product -- it's the first one I've tried that really works!

CUSTOMER TIPS: APPLYING CHIN-UP STRIPS®

1. READ the instructions on the insert in the pack. Go to www.chinupstrip.com and click Strip Applied for more detailed instructions and illustrations.

2. After applied, upper lip must be free to allow coughing during sleep. Strips can be adjusted by pulling cheek sections away from the cheeks and repositioning them.

3. All strips must be applied to obtain a ?comfortably tight? mouth closed position.
You should be able to mumble but not speak clearly after strip applied!!
TIP: Fold over a corner of the strip to have a little tab to grab for easy removal.
For maximum customer comfort, Chin-Up Strips are designed for ?one night? use.

READ TO PREVENT NEW USER SKIN IRRITATION

IF SKIN SENSITIVE: Do one or more of following before applying the strip:
a. Do not wash the natural oil off your face before applying the strip and/or
b. apply strip to palm of your hand and remove it one or more times and/or
c. apply medicated ointment to cheeks and chin and rub in until not slippery.

REMOVING WHITE STRIPS:
b. Step in shower. Run warm water on the strip for 20 seconds. Then peel off.
c. OR with warm wet wash cloth, SOAK the strip for 20 seconds. Then peel off.
