This toothbrush is as effective as an electric toothbrush, but as lightweight as a regular one. I like electric toothbrushes but they are too heavy for me, and the vibration is too strong for my likes. This is a perfect compromise, and is the only toothbrush I will use.

I have sensitive teeth and this brush does not increase the sensitivity like electric brushes do. My teeth feel very clean after use, and my dentist is pleased with my check-ups.

Although I have found it cheaper elsewhere, I enjoy the convenience of purchasing it here.

Strange complaints on this product, but to each their own. I personally find that this toothbrush is great, particularly for the price. No, there are no whirly bits or jackhammer-type pulsing going, but it gets the job done. I also like that it doesn't feel as nearly abrasive on my teeth, which are sensitive due to slightly worn enamel over the years. I did, however, ask my dentist if these were good to use, and she said they were great to use and she always recommends them. I also feel like they're not too rough on my teeth, as it's felt like other, stronger products wear at my enamel more.

Some people are complaining about battery life. Considering this is a disposable toothbrush, and you are only supposed to keep your toothbrush for 3 months, the battery need not last any longer than that. I've been purchasing these for years and only had one go faulty just before the 3-month mark, which was more if I pressed too hard (which I am bad about doing anyway).

Other than that, if you're on a budget, I do recommend these. I have never had the Sonic Care toothbrushes since they are well out of my budget, but I definitely prefer these over the higher-end Oral-B devices or similar. They're not so violent in the mouth, I love the full brush size, and my teeth feel great and squeaky-clean after using them. I also find that the little rubber thingies between the bristles are great for polishing and they give a nice-feeling massage to the gums. I've been using this with Squigle Tooth Builder, Squigle Enamel Saver, and the Rembrandt Whitening mouth wash (also highly recommend), and my teeth have been less sensitive (hardly at all) and have had fewer problems ever since using this product.

I thought I'd be buying something like a "poor man's spin brush" but this is just a vibrating toothbrush. Of course, that is what it claims to be so I guess the fault is on me and not the product. Still, I think it's strange and doesn't seem to have any improvements over a standard toothbrush.

I have used these Pulsar brushes for a long time and am very satisfied with them. I am also satisfied with most of the items that I buy here BUT this one is different. First, I bought 2 ea packages and what I got were the same color!! I could hardly find same color brushes in the stores! Second, these come with AA Alkaline batteries that are usually guaranteed to wrok for 5 years after production BUT what I received were brushes made in 2008!!!! and imagine if there is any power left in those batteries. I don't know if there is any compensation for that!!! Bottom Line: These brushes are great but do not buy them from drugstore because their inventory seems to be outdated.

This is my new favorite brush. The pulsing action shakes the plaque and such,right off my teeth. I have only one issue and it is that I find it a bit harsh at gumline. I will be getting more.
