Easy- I throw one of these in before putting the clothes in the drum. Turn on the water and let it dissolve a little while I am sorting, then put the clothes in the washer. I don't use fabric softener, and my clothes smell nice and feel soft.

I do wish that the pods were packaged in a paperboard box instead of a plastic bag since "plastic is forever". So even though I really like performance and smell, I will personally look for something without plastic on my next laundry purchase. Close to perfect for me, one star removed for plastic packaging.

Use 1 pod for small to medium loads. Use 2 pods for large to extra large loads. Grab and toss pod(s) into washer drum or powder detergent dispenser. Pile in the clothes. Reseal pouch for freshness. No need to open the pods... water soluble pod film completely dissolves in cold or hot water, quickly releasing & activating the detergent to clean clothes.
