I really liked this cleanser. I had a cleanser I loved, but it was discontinued. I have sensitive, reactive, dry, dehydrated skin. This cleanser is definitely hydrating. It is like a lotion, milky, soft, rich. I use it as a morning cleanser, it did not take all my makeup off, thus I use it in the mornings or any time I need to cleanse my skin and I do not have makeup on. It has no fragrance, thankfully. Since this cleanser is rich, I would not recommend it for acneic or oily skin types. Those with normal skin may like it. I do recommend it for sensitive, reactive, skin, dry and very dry skin, and those with chronically dehydrated skin. If you have dry skin, your skin will say, "Aaah"; your skin will feel hydrated, calm, and very soft.

I have had a hard time finding a good cleanser that is creamy, but rinses off well - until I found this one. It really cleans well and leaves my face soft. I use the Borage serum in this line too, and my easily irritated skin has been calm and happy. I am very happy with this product and am reordering it today. I do not wear much makeup, so I do not know how well it removes heavy makeup and such, but it cleans my face really well after a hectic day in a busy healthcare practice.
