I gave this 3 stars because i took it for 4 days morning and night without any problems. But then when i went to lifestyles to work out i got so dizzy and came so close to puking during my normal workout that i had to stop and sit for 15 minutes And i ruled out not being hydrated and i ate plently of food that day only thing new in my diet was this natures cure acne system

You do have to take the pills night and day, but if you stick to it it does take effect in about a week and really see improvements in about 2 weeks. The topical cream is a good use to apply directly to breakouts. THere is some drying and slight irritation, but a good face lotion oil free definitely helps. .

this product is a skin saver. i used to have alot of breakouts and since taking nature's cure my acne problem has deminished, almost. i have little breakouts, one or two pimples, but for the most part, my face is really clear; however, i do not recommend the cream, which it comes with. you really dont need it. plus, it bleaches your clothes and pillow cases. for even better results, use non clogging facial lotion everyday. the reason why people's face produces excess oil is because the skin is dry. by moisturizing your face daily, there is no need for your body to produce so much oil, which causes pimples. try it out. it really works. furthermore, daily use of nature's cure and facial lotion really produces great results. i hope this helps.

it has worked for me pretty good, hasn't cleared my severe acne completely but has made my skin look a lot better and prevents any breakouts like i used to have, i rarely get white heads compared to what i used too, i actually haven't tried the cream at all but just because benzoyl peroxide has never seemed to work for me and just seems to make my skin breakout more and also makes it a lot drier, but the other half of the product seems to prevent breakouts pretty well, if you also want a product to put on your face i highly recommend Milk of Magnesia, just apply some to your face each day and than wash it off with water after it dries.

I have been getting acne since I was 15. I have tried practically every acne product you can think of.. the various Clean & Cleat's, Proactive, the list goes on and on. I tried all those products for years and they usually just left my face in worse condition. I have sensitive skin, so I needed something like Nature's Cure. I have been using this product for over a year - and while not perfect, it's the best product I have ever used - and best of all it's not too expensive. I also use it with the body acne product as well. I hope soon that my acne will finally go away forever since I am no longer a teenager.
