Drugstore.com is the only store I've come across that offers the value of a 24-pack. I very much prefer Energizer Hearing Aid Batteries. They have always performed better than any of the other brands I've tried because they reduced the feedback that I and everyone around me hears from my hearing aids in comparison to when I've used other batteries.
