this gizmo works better than fixed size rings as you can adjust restriction to suit put over penis and move down base - hold the loose ends and pull away from penis - slide the bead and be sure to keep is from touching the skin and you have instant "restrictor-ring" - if you need a pump this will keep you filled up if you have it tight enough. don't leave on more than 20-30 min - I find I can slide off without loosening as Wife and I use Astroglide - messy but we both end up panting and just hold on to each other for 20 min afterwards we have such fun! I tried all kinds of fixed size rings and none really satisfactory. One thing I did find - after changing out a blown Mustang Headlamp bulb, I notice a silicone ring on it. hmmmm? removed it and tossed the blown bulb. Some time later, not having the lasso, slide the ring over myself - was just the right size to apply some restriction. But since it is a fixed size not as good as the adjustable lasso. Yeah- if you are clumsy or dumb - you can do a serius pinch!
