The actual cleaning liquid works fine, but the spray nozel is weak and barely works. I end up just pouring the liquid onto the counter instead.
For spot cleaning, just spray on full strength and wipe clean with a damp cloth. If unsure, test a small, inconspicuous spot for colorfastness prior to using. Safe to use on most household surfaces, including counter tops, plastics, carpeting, fiberglass, painted wood or metal, vinyl flooring ceramic or porcelain sinks and tubs, and marble.
