In an effort to ensure that I don't end up on a bunch of medications, or with a bunch of medical problems, I've really taken my health into my own hands latley. After doing some research, I found that I'm probably a bit vitamin B deficient (weak brittle nails, low energy). after just 2 weeks of consistant use, I've found that my hair is seemingly healthier, and my nails have never been stronger. I've also noticed an uptick in my energy, but since I've also started a complete regime, I can't say for certain that vitamin B is to blame! I strongly reccomend you give this a shot.
