I wound up buying this storage caddy set because my new house has a third bathroom, and I was unable to find the simple handle/hook combo that I have in my other bathrooms. The storage caddy is actually kind of bulky; I'd much prefer to just keep the heavy duty pads under the sink like I do elsewhere.
My toilets are cleaned weekly and the gel does a great job of keeping things fresh in the interim, and I find that the flushable pads aren't really necessary (nor do I like the idea of flushing them even if deemed "safe"). So I don't bother with those at all.
I have been using the heavy duty cleaning pads and toilet gel for years and LOVE them (see my other reviews), but I do not recommend the caddy or the flushable pads. Scrubbing Bubbles needs to start offering the toilet tank hook again for brush handle storage because it's much more space-saving.

The container is a bit big but it holds the flushable cleaning scrubbers. Handle clips on. I like the real scrubbers as they do a better job of calcium build up. I STILL DO NOT flush anything. Had problems with the plumbing doing that with another product. Easy and pretty convenient. I have purchased refills.
To assemble: Snap the 2 handle pieces together until the tabs lock. Assembly is permanent. Snap base onto the body of the caddy. To store: Store handle in the caddy base. Store Fresh Brush® refills in the caddy. Heavy duty pads: To grasp pad: Slide blue button on Fresh Brush®handle toward blue jaws to open. Place jaws around cleaning pad handle. Slide blue button away from jaws until you hear a click. To clean: Immerse pad in water to activate cleaner. Scrub bowl, including under the rim. Dispose of pad after single use. To dispose: Squeeze out water from pad and remove from bowl. Release pad into trash by sliding blue button toward jaws. Flushable pads: To grasp pad: Open pouch by cutting dotted line. Break off one pad. Slide blue button on Fresh Brush® handle towards jaws to open. Fully insert pad into jaws. Slide blue button away from jaws until you hear a click. To clean: Immerse pad in water and swish to activate cleaner. Scrub bowl, including under the rim. Allow pad to open for best performance. To dispose: Slide blue button toward jaws to release pad into toilet and Flush the germy mess away®! Do not flush pad in toilet- pad will clog drain. Note: Any toilet drain line can clog if overloaded with bulk waste. For best results, flush only one pad at a time and separately from other tissue or wipe. Store handle and unused pads in a dry place. Reuse the handle with a clean flushable pad. Do not use with lift pump system.
