O absolutely love this shampoo and conditioner. When this first hit the shelves I fell i love with the smell and honestly back then there was no competition for this. i was devastated when this product stopped and had to go through the whole ordeal of finding a suitable replacement and when it came back I was ecstatic. I still use it to this day and this is the only product (Herbal Essence) I have in my hair collection. I love the floral smell.

I wanted something that would restore moisture back in my hair but without adding a lot of build up. My hair looks and feels healthy and i get compliments on how great it smells all the time. I repeatedly buy this product and wouldn't use anything else.

When I was in college I started using this product and fell in love, I have thick hair that is easily knotted and between wavy and curly. In the early 2000s so many different products claimed to be better and I tried them all. Then I saw this back on the shelves in the bottle I remembered from 95-99 and I bought 2 and I have been stocking my cupboards ever since. It smells the same. It works the same. NO SULFATES! yeah. Love it. I preach this conditioner to anyone who will listen.

Ok so I am picky with conditioner because I have long thick frizzy course hair (lovely isn't it?). Well this, alas, does not control my crazy frizz. My hair will be somewhat soft and smell lovely when using this but it does not help smooth hair down or control frizz in anyway. If I use this daily I have to load up on hair serums and leave in treatments. Usually I would give 2 stars but I gave 4 stars because I would find it a travesty to stop making such a unique charming scent as rose. Reminds me of childhood and let's be honest, most of us use this brand because of the comforting scent, packaging and memories. I know I do.

Do not ever stop making this stuff. It does wonders for my hair! Bring back the original scent. This new one doesn't smell as wonderful the the older generation.

Thank you so much for bringing this formula back! No other shampoo and conditioner on the drugstore shelf comes close to making my fine, color treated hair feel so silky smooth and soft without being too heavy. Even though the new labelling is saying it is smoothing, it is the same formula that was marketed for permed and color treated hair back in the 90's that I loved so much. Please don't discontinue again!!! I would recommend this to anyone, and plan to keep buying in the future!

I remember I used to use this when I around 9 years old and it was my favorite scent of a shampoo. So when they stopped making it, I was really sad. But years later its back!!! yay! And it still smells the same, and it leaves my hair smooth. I LOVE IT!
