I usually take these every night they help me a lot I take them with a sleeping medication since they are all natural and as you get older your body does not make it as it should. Mine certainly does not. It helps me all you can do is try it.It also helps children going to sleep like when they are used to summer/ vacations and staying up late and now have to go to bed earlier for school etc.

After fighting it for years, I've started giving this product to my kids to help them fall asleep. What a blessing! After a few months of small doses of melatonin at bedtime, my kids have developed an association with being in the bed at bedtime and going to sleep. We're weaning them off the melatonin and they're still able to maintain the good sleep habits. The "bedtime death march" (2-3 hours) has ended. Hallelujah!

I've been using Melatonin sublingual for over a year, and I believe it helps me fall asleep faster. I gave some to 4 relatives all of whom were having either short-term (due to emotional shock) or long-term (mostly age-related) sleeping problems, and 3 of them reported excellent results. The fourth said it works sometimes, and sometimes nothing works for her.

This product is best used to help you fall asleep. It works quickly. It is not so good for people that wake up during the nite and can't get back to sleep. It is more effective than the 3 mg swallow tabs.

I love this version of the Melatonin. It allows me to choose doses for my kids without having to cut the pills. And it isn't a pill that requires you to swallow whole.

At doctor's recommendation, my 4 yr old was put on 1 mg before bed. It used to take him 2 hours to fall asleep at night. It now takes about 10-20 minutes. He has only been on it for 3 weeks, and so far no side effects.

I take a Melatonin tablet daily at bedtime. This 1mg dose comes in a tasty sublingual cherry flavored tablet. At bedtime I place one tablet under my tongue and a deep sleep sets in soon. I've been using this for a few years now and I truly believe it helps me achieve an instant sound sleep and since I only average 6 1/2 hours sleep per night, that's important to me.
