I used this on my 10 week old's chapped cheeks and hands and it works wonderfully. There's no fragrance to bother her and the thick creme leaves a nice barrier on her skin to protect it from drooling and spit-up.

After 3 years of trying every product out there, from prescription creams to over the counter products, I finally found something that really works!! My daughter has used this on my 10-month old grandson's large, red, dry, scaly patches on his legs for less than a week, and they have cleared up! The pediatrician had prescribed an expensive, chemical-filled cream that we were very reluctant to use. We decided to try the Burt's Bees first, primarily because it is natural and safe, and are SO glad we did! This product is great for infant eczema, as well as adult dry, cracked skin!!

I have sworn by this product for years! Typically, I use on the diaper area. Anytime my children break out in the slightest rash, I apply the cream and the diaper rash is gone! My youngest daughter is having problems with severe dry skin in the colder weather. I began using the cream all over her body and it's taken away her skin irritations. I really love it!

I use this product for myself. I like it because it makes my skin feel smooth.

I'm sorry to rate this low, as I like other Burt's Bee's products, but it didn't help my son's dry red patches at all. Instead I tried "totally nutty" foot cream, and they healed within 24 hours.

Love, love, love this! We use cloth diapers on our 4-month-old son, and this is a fabulous barrier creme. He has never had a diaper rash and the smell is perfect.

I love this product! When my son was born, he had very sensitive skin. He would get very bad raised dry patches. I tried many creams the doctor recommended, and none of them worked very well. They helped, but didn't eliminate the problem, and he would sometimes have an allergic reaction to them, as well. I happened across this product and started putting it on his dry patches and by the next morning they were totally gone. Every time they would pop up, I'd grab this cream and put it on, and they would be gone by the next day. This product has done wonders for his skin. And it has done wonders for mine as well. After putting this cream on him, I noticed how nice and soft my hands felt. Then I noticed how my dry, brittle cuticles looked better almost immediately. I started applying it to my elbows and knees and feet. It worked wonderfully! I have never used a cream that worked so well. This product should definitely be listed in the adult skin section as well!

This is hands down the best skin creme to put on a newborn! Both my niece & nephew had newborn acne, and this cleared it up, naturally, within a couple of days. I would use this on my daughter is she scratched herself, and the mark would be gone by morning. Knowing that I was putting all natural ingredients on her was a big plus. A must have for all new parents!
