Only 4 stars as it didn't make much improvment on my sons' dry skin, i have eczema and live in germany, so between inheriting dry skin and bathing in hard water the sides of his legs and shoulders are pretty rough n dry, and this didnt give lasting effects, 5 mins later it was absorbed and starting to feel dry again. It smells lovely and works perfect on his diaper area and the creases of his legs, arm pits, neck, helps to avoid raw wet skin. It really is great, just didnt do wonders on the really dry spots in my case.

I love this creme. It is very thick and moisturizing. I use this on my toddlers skin mixed with the Buttermilk Lotion. It is slightly greasy when mixed with the lotion, but it works well. I also use this as a hand creme occasionally.

I use this for just about anything with my little boys. Chapped skin, diaper rash barrier, lotion, chin rash from slobber, heat rash. Great for sensitive skin. Only line of washes with a nice smell that are okay for my son's sensitive skin. Like all Burt's Baby products, it SMELLS FABULOUS!

I bought this when my 2-month old's eczema on her face was simply out of control. Here we had this gorgeous baby and had to retouch all her pictures so her skin wasn't scaly and flaky... not to mention trying to explain it to friends, family and visitors! On the FIRST day I rubbed this into her cheeks, she started to improve. By the second day, you couldn't see the eczema and could only feel minor roughness. By day 3, she had that beautiful glowing baby skin everyone loves. I love that it's almost natural, no harsh chemicals, and yet still incredibly effective. I also love it as a diaper creme instead of petroleum jelly or ointment as it is completely clear once applied (NO MESS). For moms, it works great as a heavy-duty hand moisturizer too and smells heavenly. This is probably one of the best baby products I've bought. Worth every penny and then some!

The cream keeps my sons' face moisture and smooth with a very good smell.

Expensive for the amount of product. Did not work too well on my toddler who has excema. Worked very well on my legs and feet. Will not buy again.

My daughter always had a rash where here diaper hit her back, since she was always scratching there. Diaper ointment and plain lotion never worked. I bought this and like magic she has stopped scratching and the rash is gone. Smells amazing, and is very thick like diaper cream. I love this!

My 3 month old has eczema. This cream has been great for his skin. It's safe enough to use around his face and around his eyes. It absorbs relatively quickly and it's not petroleum based like so many other thick creams. We like the light almond scent.

I used this on my son years ago when he was an infant. The skin on his face was in a terrible condition when he teethed over the winter...dry, cracking, painful. He cried a lot. Nothing else I tried could even begin to heal the damage because it was constantly damp. This cream was soothing to him, healed his face, and maintained an excellent barrier. Now I am purchasing a jar for myself. I am not teething, but my skin is in need of TLC anyway.

This is a great product for eczema. Do not use the Burt's Bees almond hand cream as a substitute for this cream. An earlier reviewer stated that the ingredients were the same, but that the cost of the hand cream was cheeper. The ingredients are not the same. The hand cream contains steric acid (an exfollient). This is not something you would want to use on a baby or on eczema.
