I use Burts Bee daily to keep my lips from sunburn in the summer, and chapping in the winter. It's very effective!

A half-hour after applying this, my lips still burn like crazy. I don't know how anyone with chapped lips could stand the peppermint oil in this lip balm. My tube went straight in the trash! Why can't someone make a PLAIN lip balm like Blistex Gentle Sense, which is unavailable anymore.

I love this chapstick. I have used it for years, and I can never switch brands because nothing works as well. I always have a tube of it in my pocket, and use it religiously. Great product!

The tingeling I get on my lips when I use this reminds me what it must feel like to be towed behind a jet ski

The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because I don't believe it has SPF in it (not sure if it does or not, but I don't think it does), other than that, this lip balm is amazing. It has a nice cooling sensation when applied and it's like you can feel it hydrating your lips. I had terrible chapped lips last winter (I was in a new climate and my skin was not adapting well at all), and I was using chap stick, which was not cutting it. I found this in a 4 pack for $[$] (it came with a tin of this, a tube of this, the honey kind and another kind, but I don't remember which one) and all of them did a wonderful job at treating my painfully chapped lips. This along with Carmex, are my favorite lip products when I need something hydrating and soothing.

I have been looking for a good lip balm for years. I had heard about Burt's Bees in the past but never thought to buy it. I usually just went with regular chap stick, that never worked by the way. I used Burt's for the first time today and my lips are already feeling relief. I will say that the first time I applied this, it gave my lips a pretty strong tingling feeling that lasted about 5 minutes, but I guess that just meant it was working. This stuff is a little pricier then most lip balms, but I don't mind paying a little extra for something that actually works.

This lip balm is fantastic, it leaves my lips feeling nice and smooth and it gives you the best minty fresh tingly sensation. It also goes on smoothly and it's not greasy or waxy. It's the best lip balm I have ever tried. I totally recommend it :)
