The product says 2 gummies is a serving. It is better then some of the other brands. The taste is just bad!! I usually buy nutrition now adult fiber gummies but they were out this time so I tried to find similar to them. It doesn't seem like it would be hard to add some flavor to these but they are just plan yuck!

I was very happy with this product until I discovered that it contains sucralose, an artificial sweetener. I am very concerned about giving children all natural vitamins and supplements. I am very disappointed with Lil Critter for putting this unnatural ingredient in their fiber gummies. Their other products have natural sweeteners, such as the multi-vitamin gummy bears, which I will continue to use. I will have to find a different, all natural, fiber supplement.
As a dietary supplement, parents may give each child up to two (2) gummy bears per day. Instruct child to chew each gummy bear carefully and thoroughly.
