While some people take this for nails & hair, I take this to increase energy & to relieve hot flashes & profuse sweating. I am 55 & unable to take HRT so my OBGYN suggested Black Cohash, but I was afraid of the side effects. The improvement in menopausal symptoms was immediate with the ingestion of Biotin. While Biotin can be used, I read that it is not generally effective;however, my hot flashes do not occur as frequently & if they should they are less intense & the sweating is only minimal. I can also sleep better without so many night sweats. I have more energy because I am resting better & am not bothered with as many heart palpitations. This is an answer to prayer for me. My hair was already thick & healthy looking before starting this product as I was taking coconut oil.

I have been taking Biotin for years.I saw this was sublingual and decided to try this Biotin supplement.I love it because it dissolves in the mouth and can get to my system faster.Will continue to buy it from Drugstore as long as they keep it in stock.
