Many moms experience flat nipples from breast engorgement in the early days of breastfeeding. LatchAssist® nipple everter gently draws the nipple out, making it easier for baby to latch on...the first step to a successful breastfeeding experience. Refer to insert for detailed instructions.
The product rises my nipple, but no enough for my child to latch on. I use the Medela Nipple Shield for my child to latch on and then use the Lansinoh Latch Assist to express milk into the shield, so that my baby can start to feed.

Comments about Lansinoh Latch Assist, 1 ea:
The epidural caused major swelling in my feet and ankles, so it took about a week for that to go down and my milk to come in, then flat nipples caused baby frustration and inability to latch or stay latched. Within 3 tries of using this product, the baby was latching, and after 2 weeks of use at every feeding, I no longer needed the product. The suction drew out milk so keep paper towel close by.
