At first I really liked it. Shaved super close for me. I like a very clean cut around my cheeks and upper lip. But I keep a tidy goatee at short stubble length.
This shaver gave me a super close shave. But the feeling that it left on my cheeks, and sensitive areas around my neck, was one of a touch of burn and harsh scratchiness. I've been using this shaver about 2-3 times a week now. I love the sideburn trimmer. That comes in handy around my goatee to make things straight.
Overall, I would rate this a 4/5 stars.
BTW, it is very easy to clean. I just take the guard off, and tap it against the bathroom sink and all the hairs fall out. Very easy maintenance. Also, the battery lasts a looooonnnng time. On a single charge, I can go at least two weeks without having to charge it again. Very convenient.

I have usually stayed clear of electric shavers because my beard gets thick and coarse really quickly. But, the Arc3 was suprisingly decent for a more affordable shaver. I tried it after a few days of not shaving - I had an even layer of scruff. The Arc3 did well on the flatest parts of my face(dry use only), but the hair removal still wasn't even. This would be ideal for men whose beards don't grow as thickly. The price point is affordable and the quality of the shave is consistent with the price if not better. I'm still going to use a razor in the meantime, but might try more high-end shavers in the future.

This shaver is small and has a good grip. The head is a bit smaller than my prior razor so it takes a bit longer to get the job done, but works just fine. The problem with this product is the trimmer. I keep a little scruff on my chin and upper lip. I usually tip this while shaving daily, but this electric does not do the job. I have to go over the same spot 3-4 times before its all even.

Electrics will never be as good as a blade on the neck, but this shaver does a pretty good job and is great for daily use. It takes a few passes to get the tough stuff, but luckily it does not irritate the skin while you make it happen. It has a great design and as mentioned the dock is low profile and doesnt take up a lot of counter space.

Fortnightly I arise from my hovel near Lake Havasu & bathe in the cold blue moonlight, shaving with my grizzled visage with my trusty Panasonic Arc3 Milano ES-SL41S Wet/Dry Shaver. I found that it provides such a close shave that Alice in town cannot take her hands off of me.

The shaver itself feels great in the hand. The charging station is also small and sleek. I appreciate the pop-out trimmer that comes in handy when the facial hair gets too long - don't try using this razor on longer hairs or else they will get pulled. The shave itself is smooth, but like any other electric razor might itch if you don't moisturize after. Overall a quality razor for the price, great battery length too!

I liked the angle of the handle. The ergonomics are nice and it's easy to get the jaw line. The downside is that it's not a very powerful razor and even after multiple runs over the same area there are still hairs left.
