There was a dramatic improvement over just a few days and now, no blemishes at all. The smell is clean, no drying effects at all, but I only use it on my back. I had terrible back acne. With regular use it worked for me. It's been a year and my acne is under control. It's affordable. But I finally decided that anything was better than the dark spots that the acne scars left. I can finally show some skin without being self conscious. Its the only thing I've found which clears chest & back acne if used consistently and vigorously. I used the entire bottle, and not a single thing happened. Nothing cleared up. Nothing worsened thank goodness, but nothing cleared up or got better, and I was very disappointed.
