The flavor taste like artificial sweetener and I use stevia all the time. I mixed mine with water, I don't recommend this. It may taste ok in a smoothie.

This is a really easy way to get extra protein and nutrients without soy or wheat products. It mixes into a smooth liquid and is very easy to get down. I'm thrilled that I not only get a big dose of protein but also vegetables and omega-3s. The taste is pretty good. It's sweetened with stevia which takes a little getting used to but isn't bad. This way you don't get any added sugar.

I got a sample of this shake the French Vanilla flavor, it mixed well and fairly quickly in my blender bottle. The texture is great, the appearance not so much but I don't care about it. Now when I tried it I was disappointed, it was extremely sweet for my taste. I had to double check the label and make sure it only had 2 g of sugar in it. I wanted to like it since it seems to have high nutritional value but for the super sweet flavor I deduct 2 stars. Maybe someone with a sweet tooth would like it better.

I got a sample of this shake and really wanted to like it because of all the healthy ingredients. However, I could not get past the sickeningly-sweet stevia taste. (To be fair, I don't tend to like most stevia-sweetened products.) If you are a stevia fan, perhaps this shake would be fine for you.
