The bottle is really big and using the nozzle actually hurts. So I transfer the liquid into a small pump bottle and depending on the season, dilute it with saline. But it was apparently discontinued, as I couldn't find it anywhere again. Took forever to find this quite adequate replacement. This saline solution has a gentle force application so it can target the areas deep in the sinus canal to break up debris. VERY helpful when you are trying to breathe at night. I often use it just before bedtime. *Have a tissue ready, because once you use the spray, your nasal passages will drain to a degree (depending on the severity of your condition).
