I too have used this for a long time, before and after it was reformulated. I liked the old formula better, but I do not mind the new one. I still buy it. I don't like some natural deodorants that are roll-on or feel wet putting it on, that is one thing I do like about this one is that it feels nice.

I'd been using Tom's deodorant for a few years because that was easy to find, but I wasn't terribly satisfied with its performance, so I gave this a try. This product irritated my under arms so badly that my skin began to peel. I switched to Earth Sciences Tea Tree and Lavender deodorant, and I have been pretty pleased with it so far.

Unlike some of the long-time users I have not been using this product long enough to comment a change in formulation, however, if this change made the product Propylene Glycol free then I'm all for it. I have found through trial and error that I cannot use any products with Propylene Glycol (must be allergic) and have had problems with finding a clear product that suits my needs. This JASON deodorant is everything that they claim it to be!

BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA! I always had a hard time finding it, so I bought it in quantity. I bought some of this new stuff a while back. This week, when I ran out of my old stick, I grabbed one of these new ones and couldn't figure out why I smelled funky for a couple of days. Then I compared the ingredients and they are not the same AT ALL! The old formula had a high proportion of tea tree oil; this one has it buried at the bottom, so there is probably hardly any at all. This is deceptive! THIS DEODORANT STINKS!

I switched to (the previous formulation of) this product in 1990 after Tom's of Maine reformulated their deodorant and I was searching for a replacement. It was very effective and I used it without problem or complaint until now. The product has been reformulated recently and now it is absolute garbage. Not only doesn't it go on smoothly, but it doesn't fight odor anymore. Supposedly they made it "Propylene Glycol free," but what use is that if the product no longer works!
