It's an OK conditioner. I have dandruff and use the Tea Tree Oil products to help control that. This goes well the with matching shampoo to control flakes with out damaging my hair.

It definitely smell like dog shampoo. It was very light, which I didn't like and it didn't improve the health of my scalp like I hoped it would.

Pros: Gentle, Improves Hair Health, Improves Texture, Smooths & Softens
Describe Yourself: Minimalist
Best Uses: Daily Use, Fine Hair
Hair Type: Wavy Hair
Bottom Line: recommended
I use both the shampoo and the conditioner. Usually wash my hair daily, and believe that is one reason it is effective for more volume in my hair. My hair has a nice shine to it. Recently recommended to a sister who has much thinner hair than I, and I hope she'll have the same success with it.

All conditioners are the same to me, the only thing that differentiates for me is the scent and texture. I love the Jason Tea Tree Oil shampoo, it has done wonders for my scalp. But the conditioner doesn't smell the same, it's got a more chemical detergent sort of tinge to it. And it's rather goopy and thick. The conditioning properties are fine for me, I have straight thick healthy hair that looks the same no matter what goes on it.
Jason Natural Cosmetics Conditioner, Tea Tree Oil Hair & Scalp Therapy rates 1 out of 5 stars, from 27 customer reviews.terribel product
by glenwine[Verified Reviewer] in atlanta,ga on 11/14/08
Cons: Bad Value, Low Quality
Bottom Line: not recommended
I normally use Paul mitchell tea tree shampoo. Drugstore.com was out of stock on that one and recommended this product to me instead. The reviews seems fine so I bought it. This product is nothing like a conditioner at all. It is more like moisturizer in texture, does not condition my hair, or make it easier to comb, and it did not help me scalp. I'm not going to use this product again, and will go back to using Paul Mitchell.
Jason Natural Cosmetics Conditioner, Tea Tree Oil Hair & Scalp Therapy rates 5 out of 5 stars, from 27 customer reviews.I'm hooked!
by brendasings[Verified Reviewer] in WV on 10/31/08
Pros: Makes hair manageable, Natural, Very mild scent
Best Uses: daily
Bottom Line: recommended
I think that those who comment on the scent have no experience with pure tea tree oil. This has a VERY mild scent of tea tree and while it does not slide through your hair like chemical snot, I do not find it hard to work through my hair and it is more manageable than usual after using it. I like this a bunch!
Jason Natural Cosmetics Conditioner, Tea Tree Oil Hair & Scalp Therapy rates 1 out of 5 stars, from 27 customer reviews.Conditioner? Not really.
by Buffy[Verified Reviewer] in Sunnyvale, CA on 10/22/08
Pros: Feels good on scalp, Great Smell
Cons: Ineffective, Too Light
Describe Yourself: Beauty Conscious
Best Uses: Fine Hair
Hair Type: Wavy Hair
Bottom Line: not recommended
This is NOT conditioner. This is purposeless goo that you apply to your hair, and then rinse out, leaving your hair exactly as it was before you applied it. I WANTED to like this product, because it feels awesome on the scalp, all tingly and minty. But it does NOT condition AT ALL. Not at all. I cannot emphasize that enough.
Jason Natural Cosmetics Conditioner, Tea Tree Oil Hair & Scalp Therapy rates 5 out of 5 stars, from 27 customer reviews.Works for Me!
by Valerie V[Verified Reviewer] in Nacogdoches, TX on 10/6/08
Pros: Improves Hair Health, No more flakes
Cons: Drys out my ends
Describe Yourself: Beauty Conscious
Best Uses: Daily Use
Hair Type: Wavy Hair
Bottom Line: recommended
I use this daily with the Shampoo and if used as directed it does not leave my ends dry. Most of the time I dont want to leave it in long enough so my ends are left dry. My scalp has only been this good on a combo of perscription strength head and shoulders, and Nicacin switching daily. This product is all natural AND keeps my scalp flake free. It has become a must for me.
