After shampooing, I use just a small amount and massage it through my hair. Then I let it sit on my hair while I finish showering then rinse it out. The conditioner dedangles and creates shine and adds body to my hair. It helps hold styling too. I love this conditioner. It smells great and you only need to use a little.

I guess my hair qualifies as "dry and damaged." I have a lot of wavyish hair and the individual strands are pretty coarse. I have been using this conditioner about 3 times a week since I received it a few weeks ago. It is amazing and just as good as some of the more expensive conditioners I've tried before (like L'Occitane). My hair feels softer and is easier to blow out and flat iron afterwards than when I was using a sulfate-free L'Oreal conditioner before. My coworkers have even complimented my hair! And a little bit goes a really long way, so it is a great value too. Do not use too much, or your hair might feel weighed down.
After shampooing, apply conditioner to hair from root to tip, paying special attention to the ends. Rinse. For best results, shampoo with Jason Restorative Biotin Shampoo. Use within 18 months.
