I wanted toe spacers to wear when I work out, preferrably when running. I have a bad bunion on one foot and the spacers help with balance. I find these comfortable to wear for workouts including lifting, plyo, spinning, stairmaster, elliptical, hiking, etc. I can wear them for a short run, up to about 5 miles, but after that they become uncomfortable. I wish I could find something for longer distances, but I feel that might be impossible.

To be fair, I've had little success with any foot aligning product. I just kick these out in my sleep.

from the photo, it looks like it conforms to the inside of the foot, but it doesn't. it sticks out past the bunion.
