I actually invert this product to use for blisters between my big toe and 2nd toe that are caused by bunions. I turn the product upside down with the cushion between my big toe and 2nd toe. It cushions the area so well that I can wear any shoe without pain. The product works wonderfullly and I'd highly recomment it for this purpose. As well as it works to prevent pain from blisters, I feel confident it would work if used for the intended purpose of shielding my bunion.
